Repeat infringers

Each valid notice against a video gives the account a strike. Accounts with three strikes are terminated.

Send a takedown notice

If you own the copyright (or are authorized to act for the owner) and believe a video on Hyphenated infringes it, fill in this form. Include the full link to each video (for example https://hyphenated.app/v/abc123). Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages under § 512(f).

Send a counter-notice

If your video was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. We’ll forward it to the person who filed the notice. If they don’t tell us they’ve filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore your video.
